Well my guess is the local pound, but a tip if you are in southern california is SCLRR.com (southern california labrador retriever rescue) anyways, the pound might have a lab/german sheperd mix there, if not, try searching online for a place near you that does
Chances are you can find one at a local shelter. But why limit yourself to such a specific pup – black lab/shepard? Go to the shelter and look around. Chances are you will fall in love with one there.
