Where to adopt a greyhound in the UK?

I am looking to adopt (I am pro-rescue) a dog and maybe a small animal like a rabbit or a Guinea Pig in the UK but am having trouble finding a list of rescues or animals in my county.

Is there anywhere that lists individual animals available to rescue? I’d like to see what is around before I adopt.

I can travel.
I seem to have had a few pointers for greyhounds, but what about Guinea Pigs?

I would like to see what is around before visiting a rescue if possible.
