It has come to our attention that club secretary , Helen Chambers , has been unlawfully using written information given to her as secretary of BFR and using it within a web forum she operates.
Sadly , as the forum is given a stage within rescue this does bring rescue into disrepute especially as those(7) involved had placed applications with Ms Chambers for consideration.We shall be passing this information to all relevant authorities without further notice.
The information given to Ms Chambers is covered by the Data Protection Act and we can provide and do have written statements from others involved that private written information contained within those forms has been and continues to be given to third parties.As such we will be passing this to each authority concerned.

Anyone that has given a dog or applied to rescue within last 5 years is requested to supply details via email asap, as your information wasnt treated in confidence.
