What I Particularly Liked
The lessons have a quick, “get to the point fast” and fun approach. They are clearly narrated with well-illustrated slides that make it easy to understand the dos and don’ts of dog training. A benefit of this multimedia format for dog training is that you can hear the tone of voice that should be used for commands and you can see the correct stance for both you and your dog. This is where this online dog training course has an advantage over an e-book.
Although this course is not as comprehensive as some of the dog obedience ebooks in areas such as dog behavior issues and specific dog breed information, it is jam-packed with informative and clearly articulated dog obedience and housetraining guidance for dog owners.
A common-sense and interesting approach to paper training is presented by Dove. Dove is of the opinion that paper training is confusing for dogs and should not be used. Training puppies to always “go potty” outside is explained in a highly informrative and easy to follow way.

In Summary
My first reaction was one of surprise that only seven lessons were included in this top notch program; however, my opinion quickly changed once I actually heard the course and discovered the extensive amount of information covered in each lesson. I really liked the audio/video format of this course; so much so that I wished it would have lasted longer. The easily understood lessons allow you model the techniques and successfully train your dog like a pro.
The one downside of this program is that it can only be accessed online so people who doesn’t have an internet connection cannot view it. Because of this, I have given it a rating of 4 1/2 stars. If it was also available as an e-book, I would definitely give it the highest possible rating.
I believe that this course would be highly effective for all dog owners but it is particularly appealing to audio-visual learners who find e-books dull. So you know what to expect , you are invited to view a sample lesson before you buy the course.
